Online Fitness Coaching

Online training is a great way to get access to a personal trainer at a more affordable price. If you are a self-motivated individual, who is able to commit to a program and stick with it, this would be perfect for you. With online training, you will get a biweekly program designed specifically for you, your schedule and your goals. You will have your week planned according to your schedule and when you can work out.  Through the free mobile app, I will ask you to complete scheduled workouts and check-in regularly for advice, guidance and motivation, which will help with accountability and motivation to complete your workouts each week. 

Monthly Rates:

  • $40.00 - Specialty Programs 
  • $50.00 - General Fitness Programs
  • $75.00 - Endurance and Strength Training Programs

General Fitness Programs:

Online Fitness Coaching includes:  1 assessment/consultation via skype or facetime and Skype session as needed to adjust program and address issues with exercises. Each workout comes with a short video to explain and demonstrate each exercise, and a personalized weekly plan focused solely on your goals and specific needs.

Through online coaching, you are not receiving the normal client trainer experience. You will be responsible for ensuring you are adequately warmed up prior to exercising, as well as cooling down post workout. Failure to do so could result in injury. During the workout, you are responsible for maintaining proper form and control thought out the exercise movement.  If at any time during the workout you feel  discomfort, pain or inability to perform the exercise properly, stop immediately. It is your responsibility and my expectation that you will communicate any pain, issues or questions with me immediately to prevent injury. 

Endurance and Strength Training Programs:

Obstacle Course Racing, Triathlon Training, & Running programs

If you want to venture into  OCR or Spartan racing, this is the program for you. We will focus on getting you prepared for the unique challegnes these races entail. Thru a well rounded program that includes strength training specific to OCR, high intensity interval training and cardio. This program will set you up for success in these races!


Triathlons can be difficult to train for without the proper guidence. Let me help you get prepared for each aspect, we will work on the transitions, strength training and endurance for the event. This program is great for a Sprint or starting to train for a Olympic or Full. Please contact me if you have questions!

Specialty Programs

Mom Bod Program

The idea of this program is to create core strength, ensure balance within your kinetic chain and to help establish a base for working out. You will become familiarized with each set of workouts and be able to continue to use this knowledge after the program is over. My intent is for you to leave the “Mom Bod” program feeling confident in your body, strong within your core and have an established database full of exercises that you can continue to use on your own. I am confident this program will set you up for success if you follow it accurately.

Mountain Sport Conditioning Program

This program is for the outdoor enthusiast. Our main focus will be activating those muscles involved in hiking, skiing and snowboarding, which include strengthening your legs, back and core. We will incorporated full body exercises to ensure we establish a strong kinetic chain. 


Runners Strength Training Program

If you have ever wondered how to incorporate strength training into running, this is the perfect program for you. This program is designed to enhance your running program with strength training. We will focus on creating a balance between your running muscles, concentrate on strengthening your core and ensuring we incorporate full body movements to produce an overall strength.
